Wu Yi is currently the Deputy Chief Distiller at JiangXiaoBai, Chongqing Jiangji Distillery. She is a national registered Advanced Sommelier and Premium Distiller in China, and was a panel judge for the 9th China National Food Industry Association Baijiu National Judging. Her other experience includes being a member of the Expert Committee of Chongqing Liquor Management Association, and judging for the 1st to 5th Chongqing Food Industry Association and Chongqing Liquor Management Association Baijiu Judging.
