Danny Ng is the Beverage Manager at the American Club Hong Kong. He worked and trained in Melbourne, Australia. He has been working in F&B for more than 10 years. Danny is currently studying for the WSET Diploma and Business Management Program. He has 4 years of experience in judging wines and has served on judging panels with various wine magazines.
