Astonished by the beauty of the fresh pints on his trip to Europe, Edward decides to take beer seriously and embarked on his journey to find (or brew) the perfect beer 5 years ago. With the knowledge and experience gained from the fruitful time at HK Brewcraft and Young Master Ales, he has now founded his own craft beverage companies - Mezzanine Makers and Hong Kong Cannery.
