Zachary has over 15-year experience in the wines and spirits industry. He was named the 'Standout Sommelier of the Year' in 2013, during his time as the Head Sommelier at Langham Place Hotel, where his contribution included helping Langham’s Chinese restaurant, Ming Court, to garner a Two Michelin Star listing and be recognised as one of Hong Kong’s fine dining outlets. Currently involved in many sectors of the industry, Zachary’s bandwidth stretches from running his mobile tasting application - Cincin, to judging for Cru Magazine & Whisky Magazine and also curating the beverage programme for hotels and restaurants.
