Fish Fung is the former manager of Tap, the ale project for craft beer. With her passion for craft beer, she remains active in the industry by connecting different parties, promoting craft beer cultures, education, and most importantly, sharing the joy of enjoying craft beer. As an extension of this motivation, she has established Enzo Sake Beer Bar to heal souls through unique drinking experiences.
