Jadus is a home brewer, BJCP Certified Judge and Cicerone Beer Server. He is a true alcoholic, he drinks everything from beer to whisky, from wine to brandy and from sake to Chinese spirit. He is a co-founder of Tipsy Tap, a craft beer taproom in Tsim Sha Tsui. In his taproom, he always tries to serve the best tasting beers around the world and share all his beer knowledge to the customers.
