Jadus is a home brewer, BJCP Recognized Judge and Cicerone Beer Server. He is a true aficionado of alcohic beverages and enjoys everything from beer to whisky, from wine to brandy and from sake to Chinese spirit. He is a co-founder of Tipsy Tap, a craft beer taproom in Tsim Sha Tsui. In his taproom, he always tries to serve the best tasting beers from around the world and to share his beer knowledge to the customers.
